Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BackBlogger provides an automated SaaS platform that allows users to create blogs, generate content using Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automate social media distribution. While we strive to provide high-quality "humanized" content, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Accounts and Authentication

To use BackBlogger, you must register using a valid Google Account. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (Name, Email, Photo).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI Content and SEO Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate articles and social media posts.

  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or factual correctness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
  • SEO Rankings: While our tools are designed to assist with SEO, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or indexing results. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and we are not liable for any drops in ranking or penalties (e.g., from Google).
  • Originality: While we use "humanization" techniques, we cannot guarantee that content will be unique or pass every AI detection tool indefinitely.

5. Third-Party Platforms (Social Media)

BackBlogger automates posting to platforms including, but not limited to, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • You agree to comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of these third-party platforms.
  • BackBlogger is not responsible if your social media accounts are suspended, banned, or restricted due to automated posting or content quality.
  • We are not liable for any temporary or permanent loss of service caused by API changes from these third-party providers.

6. Domains and Hosting

  • Custom Domains: If you connect your own domain, you retain full ownership. You are responsible for proper DNS configuration.
  • Registered Domains:If you purchase a domain through BackBlogger, we register the domain on your behalf. While the domain rights belong to you, the domain is locked for transfer during the initial subscription period. You may request to transfer the domain to another registrar starting from 3 months prior to the domain's expiration date.
  • Content Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content generated and published on your blogs through our Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or disseminate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence.
  • Engage in "black hat" SEO practices that intentionally violate search engine policies in a malicious manner.
  • Overload our infrastructure or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BackBlogger, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect.
